Luscious Treats wants your party to be a success. Therefore, it is crucial that we form an open and honest relationship with our clients. Communication between the two parties must be clear and expectations from both sides should be understood from the very start. 

Kindly take note of the following :
  • Luscious Treats will provide you with an individual quote within 2-3 days of receiving your request. If, for some unavoidable reason we are unable to provide you with a quote within the specified time, we shall inform you accordingly.  
  • It is recommended that you submit your request for a quote at least 7-10 days prior to your function.
  • Once a quote is accepted, an INVOICE will be issued. 
  • Confirmation of the order is upon receipt of the requested deposit (see PAYMENT)
  • A deposit of 50% is REQUIRED to CONFIRM your event. This requirement must be fulfilled within 3 days from the INVOICE issue date.
  • FULL PAYMENT of all known costs is payable ONE (1) day prior to your event.
By the client - after confirmation
  • Please provide 72 hours written notice (email or text message) for cancellations.
  • All payments made are not refundable in the event where cancellation notice is received LESS THAN 72 hours. 
By Luscious Treats - after confirmation
  • Where faced with a situation (unforeseen and beyond our control) that prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will give written notice and refund all payments already made at the time of cancellation.
