I had my first encounter with the most delicious Tiramisu EVER @ this little Italian restaurant round the corner from Harrods. Their tiramisu was to-die-for ! It was just nice..the texture, the sweetness, the coffee..everything was to perfection. Since then, I've been trying ever so hard to achieve that perfection..recipe after recipe, disaster after disaster..until I found this particular recipe..after tweaking it to adapt to our culture and taste..I think I've found MY perfect tiramisu. MY TIRAMISU...
I had my first encounter with the most delicious Tiramisu EVER @ this little Italian restaurant round the corner from Harrods. Their tiramisu was to-die-for ! It was just nice..the texture, the sweetness, the coffee..everything was to perfection. Since then, I've been trying ever so hard to achieve that perfection..recipe after recipe, disaster after disaster..until I found this particular recipe..after tweaking it to adapt to our culture and taste..I think I've found MY perfect tiramisu.
