On a bed of al dente spaghetti, or

as yummy tortilla wrap filling, or

as hotdog buns filling, or

on its own (my personal favourite !)

This is MY ultimate lazy-dinner/lunch/breakfast dish !

My sister doesn't quite understand this dish..hehe

but my dad & brothers..they love it !

my mother ? well, she prefers the meatballs..:p

When in Doubt..

 

Often we find ourselves in a dilemma when trying to decide the ideal party food.

Wonder no more, for I believe I've found the perfect party dish.

It is one that is simple, delicious and versatile.

It's the Chilled Pasta Salad..

 

In it you'll find,

 

pasta cooked till al dente

finely sliced celery, for that crunch

cherry tomatoes, for colour & tanginess

diced bell peppers, for that unique taste

grilled chicken pieces

 

all tossed in homemade pasta salad mix

 

* leftovers can last for approx. a week if kept chilled in the refrigerator.
