The whoopie pie is an American baked good that may be

It is made of two round mound-shaped pieces of

chocolate cake, or sometimes pumpkin or gingerbread cake,

with a sweet, creamy filling or frosting sandwiched between them.

These ones I made are Vanilla Whoopie Pies

with Vanilla Buttercream Filling

and Drizzled with Chocolate Ganache..

'Tis the Saturday before Ramadhan begins..

and this order is for a cutest little 6 year old..

he goes by the name AJ !

After a brief discussion with his mom,

I began a relaxing fun time decorating marshmallows,

baking sugar cookies, making toppers for his cupcakes,

baking the chocolate cake, banana cake, creamcheese brownies,

assembling cups and cups of strawberry trifle...
