so that's what I made for Alin's buka puasa with family & friends..

On Monday..I made 32 RV cupcakes !

Who ordered you ask ? No one !

It was for me...*blushing with guilt*

Since there's only just me to eat them all,

I gave away 16 pcs to my next door neighbour's son.

Left with 16 more..I had 3 after buka puasa that day..

2 after buka puasa yesterday..and

I'm guessing another 2 after buka puasa today..

The balance ? I still have Thursday & Friday..

Must finish by Friday..for I will be baking more on Saturday ! :)

Counting Pies - a BNM entry

Alhamdullillah..for we've almost completed the 1st week of Ramadhan.

 My first Friday of Ramadhan was filled with Mini Shepherd's Pies & Mini Lasagnes.

I had trays and trays of minis going in and out of my little oven
from Sahur time till about 2.00 pm.

The minis went out to..

Shafnieda, Kak Nish, Kemal, Azzril, Muizz, Amilin

Kak Rahimah, Aida Kusumawati, Amri, Suhana Ali,

Danial, Anis, Dayana, Een, Harizal, Syaheen,

with Vanilla Buttercream Filling

and Drizzled with Chocolate Ganache..

'Tis the Saturday before Ramadhan begins..

and this order is for a cutest little 6 year old..

he goes by the name AJ !

After a brief discussion with his mom,

I began a relaxing fun time decorating marshmallows,

baking sugar cookies, making toppers for his cupcakes,

baking the chocolate cake, banana cake, creamcheese brownies,

assembling cups and cups of strawberry trifle...
